Tonka Sublime celebrates the tonka bean, a rare treasure from South America long seen as a symbol of luck and passion. The fragrance combines smooth vanilla, warm almond and discreet spice, and the brand describes it as both elegant and powerful, nostalgic yet modern. It is part of the house's oriental collection Les Ambres and launched in 2025.

The fragrance opens with almond, star anise, mirabelle plum and neroli. At its heart are tonka bean, davana and jasmine, and it settles into a base of sandalwood and amber.

About Houbigant

Houbigant is a French perfume house founded in 1775 by Jean-François Houbigant on the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris, and it soon perfumed royal and aristocratic clients. The house is behind classics such as Fougère Royale from 1882, which the brand highlights as a fragrance that defined the fougère family, and Quelques Fleurs from 1912. Since 2005, the Perris family has controlled the Houbigant name for perfume and cosmetics.
