Shipping & delivery

We deliver to

Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the entire EU and a selection of countries outside the EU: the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and Israel.

Shipping cost and free shipping

Free shipping applies when the items in your cart reach the amount for your country. If you shop in another currency, the amount is converted into that currency. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 7–14 days from when your order is placed. Within Sweden we ship with Bring, DHL or Airmee – which company delivers your parcel depends on where you live.

Customs and fees outside the EU

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, such as Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, customs duties, import VAT and fees may be charged in the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.

Notification and tracking

When your parcel is on its way, you will receive delivery information from us or the carrier, and you can follow the parcel via the tracking link. Please keep your phone nearby – the carrier may contact you by text message or call before delivery.

Failed delivery attempts

If the parcel cannot be delivered because no one is available to receive it, the address is incorrect or the parcel is not collected, we may charge the costs incurred. The fee is currently 199 kr per delivery attempt.

Damaged or incorrect parcel

Check the parcel when you receive it. If something is broken, missing or wrong, contact us at info@gassasperfume.se as soon as possible, preferably with photos of the parcel and the item. Keep the packaging until the matter has been resolved. Faults that we are responsible for are put right at no extra cost to you.
