Iris Shot is a powdery and slightly unusual iris fragrance in extrait concentration that puts the iris root in focus. Cardamom and aldehydes give the iris note a bright, electric sharpness, while almond and carrot seed add a playful softness. The fragrance is part of the Sepia trilogy, inspired by three photographs by Roberto Greco. It launched in 2019 and was created by perfumer Dominique Ropion.

The fragrance opens with aldehydes, cardamom, blackcurrant and pink pepper. At the heart are iris, almond and carrot seeds, and it settles into a base of Virginia cedarwood, Haitian vetiver and ambroxan.

Iris Shot is a powdery, unexpected iris fragrance for those who want iris with an electric, playful twist.
