What data we process
When you shop with us or contact us, we process your name, address, email address, phone number, order history and technical information about your device and visit. If you subscribe to our newsletter we also process your name and email address and statistics on which emails you have opened and which links you have clicked. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
Why we process the data
- To receive, ship and follow up your order, including payment, returns and customer service – to perform our contract with you.
- For bookkeeping and other obligations under law – legal obligation.
- For newsletters and marketing by email – only if you have said yes. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email (consent).
- To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and improve the shop (legitimate interest).
Who we share data with
We only share the data that is needed with those who help us run the shop: Shopify (shop platform), payment providers, carriers (Bring, DHL, Airmee) and email service providers. They process the data under agreements with us. We do not sell your personal data. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA we use approved safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep the data
Order data is kept for as long as bookkeeping legislation requires, normally seven years. Other data is not kept longer than needed for its purpose. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies so that it works and so that we can measure and improve it. You can control and delete cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction and erasure of your personal data, to request restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to receive your data in a portable format.
